Dear board members and managers, please note that the following improvements to UpperBee's display of information are coming.
A cleaner, more subtle menu
To maximize the displayed content of the portal's webpages, the icons representing each categories have been removed, and the toolbar with the main functionalities of that category have been replaced with a menu. Some functionalities have also been reclassified in the summary (now renamed "All features") of their respective groups.
Enlarge the scope of your researches (managers only)
The search tool now offers more options to find and navigate between portals, functionalities and service requests. Simply pick what you are looking for and UpperBee will suggest the options that best fit with the terms used.
Easier to access the call to actions
The call to actions are now permanently attached on the right side of your screen, allowing you to navigate with ease between the latest developments in your ongoing cases and requests.
More shortcuts and precisions to everyone's roles in a property (managers only)
It is now quicker than ever to access the chargeback and work orders tools thanks to the shortcuts. In addition, the section now displays more information regarding everyone's role within the management team of the property to ease the transmission of informations to the proper instances.
First and foremost: the special instructions (managers only)
If you added special instructions regarding the property in its contract, this information is now the first thing an employee sees when they arrive in that peoperty's portal. The yellow banner at the bottom of the page is now a thing of the past! And if you need to access the info again, you can always do so through the general information of the property, located under its name.
Note that the following will come into effect on June 15th, 2022.
