Here are the updates and new features as of August 13th, 2024:

General
Addition of a Global Lock Date for Accounting
Financial statements are now locked at two levels: the first level allows only those with the appropriate permissions to make changes, and the second level locks the finances for everyone.
Suits registry becomes the Disputes registry
The definition of the register has been expanded to include other types of legal actions, such as formal notices and rent-setting requests. It is also possible to link a dispute to a resident to display all related information in their file.
Update to the FAQ display for residents
The resident view has been improved to facilitate navigation and research. Managers and owners/administrators can switch between displays via an option under "Actions."
New Feature: Financial Reports Module
Through mail merge, it is now possible to generate a single document containing multiple financial reports for the selected period. To enable this feature, financial reports have also been standardized.
You can select the financial documents to be included in the global report, choose the recipients in a subsequent step, generate the document, and send it via email like any mail merge.
UpperBee Rental
Alert for payments after the lease end date
This is to prevent the creation of pre-authorized payments after the lease ends when no payment date has been added following the tenant's departure.

Improvements to QuickBooks Integration
- Option to select the class when invoicing for ongoing work.
- A new contact created in QuickBooks during invoicing will automatically have the email address of the document reception module for the property.
- The invoice created in QuickBooks will be automatically sent via email.
- The contact's email is automatically added to the invoice when the invoice is created.
- A product or service can be invoiced instead of the account.
Improvements to QuickBooks and Xero Integration
API limit errors are now managed. When the number of requests made by the system to accounting services is reached, an error message indicating this will be visible.
Electronic Signatures (Beta Version)
The new electronic signatures module is currently in Beta with some clients. Once officially launched, this module will allow for the signing of any uploaded document.
Removal of Document Scanner
The document scanner will be disabled on October 1. After this date, only the document reception module can be used to upload and manage documents for approval.
