Account Statements: Better Control Over Content Sent

Similar to exporting account statements, it will now be possible to choose the items to include in the account statements sent by email to residents.

 


Generate a Request from a Note

This addition will allow to create a service request, or several service requests, from the notes in a single request.


Warning When Receiving from an External Sender

To help prevent fraud and identity theft, a notice will be shown when a request or note comes from an address not listed in the property’s registries.

 

Allow Navigation to the supplier from an Invoice

To facilitate access to vendor information from the invoice and credit note module.


Modify and update the bank statement in a reconciliation  

As long as the bank reconciliation is not completed, it will be possible to update the document used.


UpperBee Rental

Alert for Multiple Billing for a Unit

As a preventive measure, in case such situation occurs despite the preventive measures in place in the system.


UpperBee Manager

Improvement to Exporting Actions to be Taken and Notes

Allow selection of a period and specific employees during export.

 


Units in renewal in the rental calendar

The UpperBee Manager rental calendar now includes an option to show units for which renewal is in progress.


UpperBee Pay

Recurring Credit Card Payments

Properties subscribed to UpperBee Pay can now offer recurring credit card payments to their residents. Recurring payments via this method can be viewed through the "Deposits" section of the property portal.

 

The functionality for updating recurring payments in bulk has also been updated to include recurring credit card payments.


A resident will also be able to see the configured payment method and easily switch between recurring payment methods.


To facilitate enrollment in recurring payments, the resident will have the option to save their credit card.

 


In case of issues with recurring payments, residents will receive notifications to take action.
