General

Purchase orders: Quick access to supplier profile

A direct link has been added to access the supplier profile for better access when corrections need to be applied.

Visibility improvement for the info bubble

To optimize navigation, the color scheme of the info bubble has been reviewed and accentuated.

Service requests: more search filters in notes and responses

Ability to filter by sender/recipient and by notes with attachments.

Service request: Warning for unsaved changes

If editing is still active in one of the request's section, a warning will appear to allow you to save changes before sending a note.

Communications log: every message's category can be edited

Prior to the update, only messages sent by someone could be reclassified, but this opportunity has been widened to the system's messages.

Special charges: Exporting attachments with the invoice

To regroup everything in a single document, you can download both the invoice and special charge's attachments together in one file.

Enterprise and tax number are now available in the supplier profiles.

Refined filters in request exports

Exporting notes in requests can now be done by employee and department, and a visual distinction between active and active employees is present in the dropdown menu.

Quick link to upload deeds of sales

It is possible to upload the deeds of sales directly from the deeds of sales registry.

Document multiple deliveries at once

The capacity to add multiple deliveries at once has been unlocked in the parcel management registry.

Edit accounts in the lease renewal/request

To regroup the update steps in one screen, the possibility to add revenue accounts to a lease has been added in both the lease renewal screen and the renewal service requests. 

Deleting line items has also been added.

Add inclusions via import/export

To accelerate the creation of units with their full inventory, it will be possible to add the inclusion directly in the units registry's import/export. The option is available in a separate tab in the import/export spreadsheet.
