Multi-file Actions in Messages & Requests

You can now select multiple files at once to download or delete when creating a new request or message.

When I receive a message and I belong to multiple groups, I should get a single email/SMS — not multiple messages with the same content.

Fix: The system will now send only one email/SMS to the user, even if they are part of multiple groups.

New FAQ Page

We’re excited to introduce our brand-new FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page! ?

With this release, users can now quickly find clear and concise answers to the most common questions without needing to contact support.

Centralized resource – All FAQs are organized in one easy-to-navigate page.

Searchable content – Quickly locate answers by keyword or topic.

New UI + Mobile friendly

Bug fix: Excel Table Formatting

Previously, when users copied and pasted a table from Excel into messages, notes, memos, minutes, or other text areas, the table formatting was lost. Lines and borders were removed, making pasted content harder to read and use.

What’s fixed?

Preserved formatting – Copying and pasting tables from Excel now retains the table lines and structure.

Consistent behavior – Whether you paste from Excel or add a table directly from the message editor, table borders are now clearly visible and no longer transparent.

Improved readability – Your tables now display as expected, ensuring meeting minutes, memos, and notes remain clear and professional.

Reduced Action Item Notification For Closed/Cancelled Requests

What was the issue?

Managers were receiving too many Action Item notifications, including those linked to requests that were already closed or cancelled. Since these notifications were no longer actionable, they created unnecessary noise.

What’s new?

We’ve introduced a company-level setting that allows Managers to opt out of “Actions to be Taken” notifications once a request has been closed or cancelled.

Where to find it?

A new subsection has been added under Request Settings / Requêtes to manage this notification preference.

Ability to multi selection files to delete and export for all message and request

When viewing Messages & requests, users were unable multi click files to download or delete.
