Requests
The message sent when a request is closed has been clarified to include the mention that no other actions are required on the requester's behalf.
Financial years
The limit of two (2) open financial years has been removed.
UpperBee Manager
WIP and Invoicing
It is now possible to generate an Excel file for the postage meter and import it to include those chargebacks in the client's invoicing.
Property damage
Checkbox added to indicate if the claim has been made to the property's insurer. This data is included in the property damage's exports.
Invoice approval
Rejecting an invoice will not cancel it altogether, the action is now reversible.
Document reception
Documents can be saved after rotation.
Analytics
Visual improvements to the reconciliations and purchase orders analytics to present the data in a cumulative bar chart.
End of mandate
It will now be possible to add an end date to the UpperBee Pay subscription (if active).
Rental
Tax reports
It is now possible to indicate in an expense account if the expenses added to said account are required to file the TP-1086 file.
An Excel report will be downloadable, including all the charges linked to said accounts.
UpperBee Pay
Resident display
Default payment method included in the balance page.
Reservations
Residents will be able to pay the reservation fees by credit card directly in the reservation request (UpperBee Pay required).The payment method will be shown on the right side. of the reservation form.
Note: Only the reservations where no confirmation from an employee is required can be paid in advance. Convenience fees for products and services are applicable and charged to the property.
PAD: Financial institution updates
The financial institutions will be updated on a weekly basis. (# institution, # transit and addresses)
