Maximize your outreach with text messages
Text messages are officially coming to UpperBee! You will now be able to send notices directly to your resident's cellphones with this brand new feature, increasing your outreach when sending important information to the people of interest.
*Fees per text are applicable.
Regional code added to the resident's phone numbers
To allow text messages, this little addition was required.
Better distinction between cheques and electronic payments approvers
The "Signatory" page will be renamed "Payment approvers" and will now allow for a different order or set of approvers for cheques and electronic payments, making it easier for the managers allowed to do expenses on behalf of their clients to process payments to suppliers.
Keep track of the lease's important dates via the rental calendar (Manager only)
The rental calendar will allow property managers to keep track of the start and end dates of their managed leases, know exactly when the lease was sent, the move-in and move-out dates of the tenants, etc.
