Pre-rental investigations
UpperBee is proud to partner with Trustii to offer a fully integrated pre-rental service through its platform. Rental property owners and managers will be able to call upon the professional and efficient services of Trustii to obtain full reports on the potential tenants and convert the fruitful reports into leases.
End of services management (Manager)
The new end of services management tool will allow you to prepare in advance the termination of management contracts with your clients and establish dates for the end of certain services and access to the portal. You will be able to stop pre-authorized debits, recollection, electronic payments, and resident access to the portal at specific dates in the future.
You will also be able to indicate if the portal is subsequently transferred to the board of directors or another management company.
The end of a service contract will also display the relevant information in a pop-up window for the management team.
Other updates
General
New look for the app's pages.
Certain reports and document exports are regrouped together to reduce the amount of options under "Actions". You will still be able to select the elements and format in a new pop-up window.
UpperBee Condo
The preferential rate for penalties on late condo fees can be updated in the Penalties section of the portal.
UpperBee Manager
The option to add a property is migrated under "Company > Properties".
Filter in the recollection status page to show properties by penalty type.
