General
Service request sub-types
Request sub-types created by a property manager can be selected upon creation of a service request.
Filter invoices per funds/projects
Invoices and credit notes can be filtered by fund or projects.
UpperBee Condo
More info added to the units’ registries
The units registries now include a section with the list of the property damages that impacted the unit, and an export of all the requests for work and renovations made for the unit.
UpperBee Rental
Modifications to the leases
Until a lease is sent for signature, the lease preview is automatically updated when there’s an update in the lease’s info. Also, the signature date is displayed in the lease’s list.
Billed rent report
For MANAGER users – An export for the billed rents across all rental properties managed is added.
UpperBee Manager
Deactivation of the Manager mobile app
The UpperBee Manager mobile app has been removed from the App Store and Google Play store but was maintained for those who downloaded it. Now, the app is completely deactivated for all users.
Improvements to the Xero and Quickbooks integrations
WIP and Invoicing now supports the categories (Xero) and classes (Quickbooks) for better classification of the invoicing, upon submission of the extra billables to the corporate accounting system.
The default classes and categories can be configured for a property in the Manager configuration of said property.
For product orders, you can also configure those, at the property or Manager level. The property’s configuration will have priority over the Manager’s default configuration.
Auto-creation of requests for specific procedures
A management company may now decide if they want the system to automatically create service requests when specific procedures are engaged. Further explanations on the procedures are provided in that section.
Info added ot the property damage request
The insurer info, for both the property and the at-fault party, are available in the request to ease the data entry such as payments from insurers.
Improvements to the document reception
- Filter added to find the documents assigned to an inactive employee and batch reassigning option added.
- Archiving a document will bring you to the next document on the list.
- Consulting the vendor’s info from the module will bring you to the page where the info can be edited.
- Vendors will be notified when their invoices are rejected.
- The payment information request has been added as an e-mail type when replying to the invoice’s transmitter.
New documents notifications
In the positions management, you can assign the notifications in regard to the residents adding documents in their profile to a specific assignee.
New dashboard widget
A widget to display service requests of a selected type/subtype is available.
