How to renew your UpperBee Condo subscription

 How to renew your UpperBee Condo subscription

At the end of your 30-day trial, or as your current subscription approaches its renewal date, you can renew your subscription to continue managing your condo corporation with UpperBee Condo.

Where to find your subscription

If your subscription has not expired

  1. Open your condo corporation’s portal.
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription.

If your subscription has expired

  1. Sign in to the web application.
  2. Under My Condo Corporations, expand your condo corporation’s details.

Renew your subscription

  1. Select Renew subscription when the button appears in your subscription details or your condo corporation’s expanded details.

  1. Review the renewal details and complete the following items:
Review the plan, payment method, and plan usage. Amounts and dates shown are examples.
A Select Renew subscription and choose an annual or monthly billing period.
B Add a payment method: credit card or bank withdrawal. If you have a promotional code for a discount on the annual subscription, contact support@upperbee.com so we can apply it.
C Review your plan usage. If you need to change the number of units, contact support@upperbee.com.
  1. Select Confirm and pay for the subscription to complete the renewal for the billing period you selected.

Note: If your condo corporation does not have a credit card, or you would like to pay by bank withdrawal, contact support@upperbee.com for assistance.
