UpperBee is, among other things, an accounting software. Therefore, you will be able to consult your charges and payments to the property as well as well as pay your balance online (if the property is subscribed to UpperBee Pay), or retrieve the required information to do it via your financial institution.
Download your account statement
1) From the homepage, click on MY BALANCE.
2) In the account statement section, click on DOWNLOAD.
3) Optional: If you wish to download the account statement for a specific period, uncheck the option ALL LATEST TRANSACTIONS TO DATE, and specify the period.
Pay your charges online (UpperBee Pay REQUIRED)
1) Click on PAY MY BALANCE.
2) Select a payment method, and then click NEXT.
Credit card
Enter the required information, and then click PAY.
Bank payment
Copy the reference number, and follow the instruction on your online banking solution.
