Presentation on a single page
To ease navigation, the tools and functionalities of the maintenance logbook have been regrouped into a single page.
Regrouped creation tools for zones and equipment
To simplify the creation of the maintenance logbook's elements, the different creation tools have been regrouped into a single pop-up window, making it easier to create everything in one sitting, link directly to the sub-zones and categories, etc.
New feature: Tags
To create groups with zones and equipment and ease information sharing for the entirety of the components, you can now regroup all of said elements under a single "tag".
New feature: share specs via link or QR code
To easily transmit the information to the different actors involved in maintenance and repairs of building components, you can now generate a link or QR code, redirecting to a webpage which contains all of the information that you choose to share. The QR code can be positioned at the building, near the equipment, to access the relevant info of said components with any smartphone while on location.
New feature: Quick creation
To help you configure the basics of your maintenance logbook under a few minutes, certain elements such as buildings and floor plan, as well as many common equipment, can now be created with just a few clicks.
